NRL OFFICIAL PLAY

DOUBLE - COWBOYS ML / STORM -2.5 (x1)

Nth Queensland have been arguably the most improved side in the comp this year and they have made Townsville one of the hardest places for travelling teams to play at. I expect no different here tonight. Thurston and B.Scott will  back up but JT has an outstanding record following origin and Scott was close to QLD's best on Wednesday, he will carry that form over here. They will be missing Tonga but other than that their side looks solid! The Roosters are on the other end of the scale in 2011. After a fairytale 2010 they are just a shadow of that side. The managed a win last week but that was their first in a long while and it was far from convincing. The Cowboys are well rested after having the bye last week and have won 4 of the past 5. They will get the job done @ home.

Melbourne have a huge number of players backing up, but much the same as JT, players like Slater, Smith and Cronk tend to thrive on it! the Sharks were woeful against the Eels last Monday night and will get Gallen and Snowden back. However a trip down to Melbourne is tough on anyone. This is Cam Smiths 200th and I expect a good showing from the Storm boys in front of their home crowd. Melbourne to win comfortably 13+
