While some of the players dropped has surprised me, they had to make a stand.I do like the inclusions. Scully and Davey are their prime movers and Bartram and MacDonald won't take a backward step. I have grabbed extra points here but feel this game should be around the 4-5 goal mark if Melbourne turn up!

2nd game is much like the first. Port are hosting the Premiers who are in red hot form. While the Power are ready to close the book on 2011. Tonight they will be sending off one of their great warriors in Chad Cornes. Surely the will be at least competitive? I think with Cornes leading from the front this young group may just follow and lift for this one. Once again I have grabbed extra points but with the help of some bad weather this one should stay under 10 goals.

Taking Cronulla to win SU as the 1st leg of my double today. The Sharks have had a bad 3 weeks lossing all 3 games but they regain one of the minfluencial figures in this game, their Skipper Paul Gallen! this is as big an inclusion you can get. They face a Gold Coast side that is a meer shadow of what we have come to know. They have not wwon a game in forever! they lose Bird also for this one and will find it tough to stay in this one down at Shark Park. Cronulla to win.

2nd leg of this double I'm rolling with Newcastle to be to strong for the struggling Raiders. The Knights are starting to hit their staps and making a charge for the finals. Gidley's form has been outstanding. The Raiders have just never got going this season and on returning from NZ will be no match for the Knights @ Ausgrid Stadium. Knights win this one.

Its fair to say they will be full of confidence in taking care of the Dockers in Melbourne!

Fremantle is still chasing that elusive win in Melbourne but they just cannot get their cattle on the track! Still missing a handful of key players headed by Sandilands and Mundy the Dockers just do not have the personnel to contain the ramped Saints under the roof here.

St.Kilda are one of the most dominant starting teams, having won 14 of 17 1st quarters this year! and they do play well @ Etihad winning 5 of 7 this year. The Dockers as I stated are still win less in Melbourne for a long time now and are average at best in the 1st quarters, winning just 6 of 17 openers. Saints to set the tone early and cover the -8.5.
