I bet on the AFL , NRL as well as US Basketball, the NBA & NCAA CBB. Here I will post my plays as a record with regular write ups. I play on ML, ATS, Quarters, Halves, Doubles and occasionally on Player Exotics. My goal is to hit close to 60%. However 53% will give a nice profit.

I bet in units. Though out the seasons I will play x1 unit, x1.5 units, x2 units and on occasions huge x3, x4 & even x5 unit plays! On average x1 unit should be 3.5% of your bankroll so adjust accordingly. This is very important as we are investing not gambling!

So for example your x1 unit may be to win $100, so I bet $110 @ odds of 1.91. Betting at these odds your unit outlay would be:

x1 unit play - $110 to win $100

x1.5 unit play - $165 to win $150

x2 unit play - $220 to win $200 etc.

I adjust the amount I bet according to the odds taken. for example playing x1 unit @ odds of 1.85 I then have to up my bet to $115 to win $100 and so on.

Patience and Bankroll management is the key.

FOOTY's BACK!!!!

FOOTY's BACK!!!!

Well almost..... It is nice to watch the Footy again even if it is the NAB cup. I won't be betting on this as is way to difficult to pick as teams are trying new players in new spots etc. Is fun to watch and enjoy. The league also, enjoyed the match between the two All stars squads last night and tonight its the shield. Once Again no punting this early for me. Will be rolling come round one for both codes! But for now I will continue to focus on the NBA which is heading to playoffs quickly.

If I was to rank my three favorite punting sports in order of confidence I would have to say AFL 1st! Absolutely love the game and have been punting on it the longest with success. Next would be the NBA, closely followed by the NRL. Only reason I have the NBA before the NRL is simply because I have had more success financially in the NBA Season compared to the NRL one. Knowledge is equal in both though.

Hope you are all enjoying the blog so far and I look forward to coming home strong in the NBA, and getting the 2 Footy seasons under way.

    I've been following you since you started this blog and have been very impressed with your NBA picks. Just wondering if you kept a record for last year's AFL/NRL seasons? Keep up the good work.

    Sounds great can't wait to see how the afl season goes! Been loving the NBA punting, as it is my favourite sport. There's been some very good picks.

    Cheers guys. NBA season is going nicely. Have built up a nice profit so far. This can all change quickly as we know but I find limited plays and taking it week by week and not getting ahead of myself is the key!

    Can't wait till Footy also! Last year my records were
    AFL - 74-48 (+48.56 u @ 61%)
    NRL - 60-45 (+31.37u @58%)
    NBA - 112-84(+38.71u @58%)
