I play on ML, ATS, Quarters, Halves, Doubles and occasionally on Player Exotics. My goal is to hit close to 60%. However 53% will give a nice profit.

I bet in units. Though out the seasons I will play x1 unit, x1.5 units, x2 units and on occasions huge x3, x4 & even x5 unit plays! On average x1 unit should be 3.5% of your bankroll so adjust accordingly. This is very important as we are investing not gambling!

So for example your x1 unit may be to win $100, so I bet $110 @ odds of 1.91. Betting at these odds your unit outlay would be:

x1 unit play - $110 to win $100

x1.5 unit play - $165 to win $150

x2 unit play - $220 to win $200 etc.

I adjust the amount I bet according to the odds taken. for example playing x1 unit @ odds of 1.85 I then have to up my bet to $115 to win $100 and so on.

Patience and Bankroll management is the key.

OFFICIAL PLAY

1ST H - MAVERICKS (x1.5)

I'm on Dallas to continue their good form and start well here tonight. The Mav's are and on an unbelievable 12-1 run SU. And of that have won almost all of their first halves. Dirk and Chandler are providing a solid front court. Kidd is playing like he did 5 years ago. They are getting fantastic support from their bench with a good mix with Marion, Terry and Barea. Not to mention the return of Beaubois. Stojakovic has now found his rhythm and has added that other option on offense they had been missing since Butler went down. They are stopping everyone in their path right now. Averaging +8.3 in their last 3 first halves up against the Suns @ -2.7 average first halves in their last 3. Phoenix have been playing well but I think they don't match it with this strong settled Dallas outfit. Kidd is a true professional and will be doing all he can to limit Nash's imput. All that said it's the Mav's to lead at the main break!

    Hey what do you think about the rookies @3.90 for a win tomorrow? Blake playing at home alongside John Wall, plus a heap of very effective bigs, going against a Tyreke-less side? Admittedly Curry/Jennings could light it up and Blair was a beast in this game last year... if anything it's a 50-50 toss up.

    Sounds like you may be onto something there Hendo.... To be honest haven't really looked into it. Can never be sure how serious both teams will take it. But 3.90 is pretty juicy! These games are generally fun just to watch.

    Nice winner today. Gets us back in the black this week. It has been a bit up and down. Mav's are a class side. With standing various challengers from the Suns tonight. Did enough to get the win and the lead after the first half.
